What's Your Posture Got To Do With Your Pain?

"Good" posture requires muscles to function according to their design, from head to toe.

"Bad" posture is a deterioriation in the left-to-right and front-to-back harmonius relationship of the muscles and joints.

Pain is a symptom of postural misalignment and muscular dysfunction.

Muscle function and posture can both be restored, regardless of age, by providing the muscles with the necessary stimulus.

Follow The Leader? Follow Yourself...

I came across this quote by the Japanese poet Matsuo Basho today...
"Do not seek to follow in the footsteps of the wise. Seek what they sought."
So we could look at this in the same sense as Motivation Vs Inspiration. The wise person is one who moves towards pleasure, rather than moving purely away from pain.

Or put another way, the wise person is one who moves towards improving posture for a life without limitations, rather than simply moving away from pain.

We'll leave you with that thought!
