So yesterday, we had an interesting meeting with Shaa Wasmund. She's the business coach for Channel 4's 'The Day I Got The Sack' and won Business Woman of The Year while helping build Dyson into an international brand as well as working as a boxing promotor for Chris Eubank.
While we left feeling like 2 school boys with our tails firmly between our legs (think Condition 3 posture), it would be hard to deny that the lady does indeed know her stuff.
Anyway, apparently there are way too many people out there who are crying out for what is offered in the Egoscue P3 Workshop (and some of them don't even know it yet!), so we'll be announcing a new date very soon.
What's Your Posture Got To Do With Your Pain?
"Good" posture requires muscles to function according to their design, from head to toe.
"Bad" posture is a deterioriation in the left-to-right and front-to-back harmonius relationship of the muscles and joints.
Pain is a symptom of postural misalignment and muscular dysfunction.
Muscle function and posture can both be restored, regardless of age, by providing the muscles with the necessary stimulus.

More P3 Pics
Greg Smith from Aegis Training has up loaded some nice pics from the Egoscue P3 (Posture, Pain & Performance) Workshop to his photo diary blog here.
Check out some of his other offerings too - I particularly like the dramatic contrasting skyscape with the London Eye - is there really no end to this mans talent?!

P3 - Great Success!
Break out time at the Egoscue P3 last weekend in London.
Greg tells Donal how it really is!
We had a great day with everyone at the Egoscue Posture, Pain & Performance Workshop on Saturday. It was a really good mix of participants from different backgrounds - personal trainers, massage therapists, pilates teachers, a chiropractic student and even a stock broker! - who ALL contributed to the rich tapestry of the day.
Big thanks go to Aegis Training for hosting the event in their awesome training space and studio. Greg and Graeme were both very welcoming and true stars!!
Keep an eye out for the video action coming soon...

Look out also for details of Saturday's very successful Egoscue P3 workshop, along with some very cool video clips and photos!
See you soon!
